Supervisory authority and audit firm in Switzerland

As of August 2022, the financial institution is supervised by the self-regulatory organization «Verein zur Qualitätssicherung von Finanzdienstleistungen (VQF)» in Switzerland.
With the implementation of the new Financial Institutions Act (FinIA) in Switzerland, all financial institutions in Switzerland are required to be licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to carry out their professional activities as asset managers according to FinIA Art. 17. The deadline for submitting the application to FINMA is end of 2022.
